Well we did it. Gary and I played like 55 shows in 25 states in the last 3 months and it was amazing. it was epic, beautiful, hot, stormy, earthquakey, musical adventure. Thank you sincerely to everyone who came along, tapped a toe, bought the new album, and gave generous words of love! Can't wait to do it all again.

So jazzed to have received a four star review in the austin chronicle and to have received your drunk photos of you singing "All we are" with your cats.

i am writing a song a week prepping for the next recording, working on a song for an izzy cox tribute album, and continuing my residency at the bad ass dozen street in austin every thursday 6-8 central live and on concert window. hope to see you there or in my dreams!

In two days miss jp heads out on the first leg of a 24 state tour to celebrate the release of her solo debut album "When I come down". (It had better come in the mail tomorrow!) She and Gary Newcomb (aka Fiance KNowles) will be playing their hearts out all over the heartland, rockies, and east coast. They look forward to seeing the country and its beautiful citizens enjoying la musica american.

5/7/17 Jenny made a lofi Kidz EP to celebrate her work as a caregiver with a special needs family. They partied down with some munchkins on Saturday and you can find the recording for free or purchase on bandcamp. The album is called "lalalalalala Land snail''. Jenny's "adult" album will be mastered this week by Mark Hallman shes so stoked for everyone to hear it. The cover photoshoot looks a bit like queer tarot cards and was very diy arts and craftsy. Shes booking the heck out of her duo act with gary newcomb for the summer and feeling positive. love to you all thanks for listening!     thats all the news for now!

1/15/17 Jenny continues to work on her solo debut album “When I Come Down”. As of Nov 7th the team finished tracking drums and bass with Kevin Smith (Willie Nelson, High Noon) and Steve Schwelling (Bad Livers). What’s left now is adding solos, mixing, mastering, artwork and seeing if anyone at labels or press machines are interested. And of course there’s planning for the music videos! Parrott continues to do her weekly show/podcast at Dozen Street on the Eastside, having weekly guests from the community in comedy, music, poetry, etc. Parrott will travel in January with Gary Newcomb (“pedal steel genius”- Austin Chronicle) and Andrew Gerfers (Stone Wheels, Paula Nelson) playing shows in OK, AR, CO and NM. This DIY Princess is working hard to stay positive and sing sweetly. Some of the many guests we’ve had on the podcast: Chef Jay Guidry, Comedian Lashonda Lester, Poet Lacey Roop, Molybden, Amy Sue Berlin, Ali Holder, Pat Buchta (and the Misfit Toys), Wild Bill, Gary Newcomb, Comedian Melody Shifflet, Choreographer Christine Pasco, Actor Maydee Distefano, Aileen Adler, Jenn Miori, Anna Lisa Conlin, Anthony DaCosta, filmmaker Geoff Marslett
